These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.hinhistorycheck.com (the "Site"), and the services provided by us, including online vessel history check reports (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Service.

1. Agreement Protocol

By accessing the HinHistoryCheck network, you enter into a binding legal agreement to comply with our service protocols. These terms govern all data extractions, report generations, and maritime intelligence consultations provided through our platform.

2. Services

HinHistoryCheckprovides online vessel history check reports based on the Hull Identification Number (HIN) you provide. Our reports are compiled from official maritime databases including USCG, NMVTIS, and other authorised data providers. We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data in our reports. However, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times, as data sources may have delays or inaccuracies beyond our control.

3. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account or sign up to use our Service. You can purchase a report as a guest. We only collect personal information from you when you make a purchase: your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and the HIN you wish to check. 4. Payment

All fees for our Service must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through our payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery of Your Report

After successful payment, your vessel history report will be generated and delivered to the email address you provided. In most cases, delivery takes between 5 to 10 minutes. However, in some circumstances, such as temporary server issues, high demand, or delays in retrieving data from official databases, delivery may take between 3 to 8 hours. If you experience any delay beyond this, please be patient and contact our customer support team via live chat for an update on your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, data visualization methods, and report formats are the exclusive intellectual property of HinHistoryCheck. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of our data structures is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HinHistoryCheck shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the provided data. Our liability is limited to the cost of the single report acquired during the transaction in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
